Every beat license on this site is a digital product — your files (MP3, WAV, and stems where included) are available for download the moment your purchase completes. Because of that instant delivery, all license purchases are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.
If something’s actually wrong with your files
If a download is corrupted, the wrong file, or won’t open, that’s on us to fix — text (773) 366-5800 or email vic@vicjonesbeats.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll get you a working copy at no charge. This isn’t a refund route for “changed my mind” — it’s specifically for a genuine technical problem with the file itself.

Every beat can be previewed in full before checkout, and BPM, key, and license terms are listed on each track — please confirm a beat is right for your project before purchasing. If you’re unsure which license tier fits your project, text or email us first and we’ll help you pick.
Exclusive Rights purchases
Exclusive Rights is a full ownership transfer, handled directly with us before the sale is finalized. Once an Exclusive Rights sale is complete, it’s final — the beat is removed from the store and cannot be sold to anyone else.
